Challenger invites you to launch into the spring running season with the second annual Challenger 5K Space Race on Saturday, March, 31!
ARE YOU UP TO THE CHALLENGE? Challenger’s 5k includes WAC Hill, so named when the neighborhood around Challenger was the home to Dow Air Force Base.
This year, we’ve included a category for youth up to the age of 14! Run with your family & friends in Bangor on Saturday, March 31st. This fun event will raise funds to help the Challenger Learning Center of Maine fulfill its mission to inspire STEM learning and career aspirations for Maine students.
