Join Maine Yoga Adventures at the Family Dog in downtown Orono for a morning adventure enjoying community and the outdoors. Begin with a yoga practice, beginners welcome, then move onto a vegetarian breakfast served up by the Family Dog.

We’ll close the adventure out with a lovely nature walk along the Stillwater River.
